SHAVE ICE ATTACHMENT 5KSMSIA

Shave ice is no ordinary frozen treat. Traditionally made by shaving large blocks of ice, its texture is light and fluffy, in contrast to the hard crunchiness of a snow cone. With the KitchenAid shave ice attachment, it’s so easy to create snow-like shaved ice, ready to elevate all kinds of desserts and drinks. And you don’t have to stick to plain water ice, try freezing juice, coffee, teas or milk to add even more flavour into the mix. Just freeze, shave, create! Top with syrups, sauces, fruit, ice cream or mochi to finish the dish and make each creation your very own. With 2 interchangeable blades included, you can choose between a fine or coarse texture. This attachment also comes with 4 moulds, so you can keep your ice in the freezer, ready to whip out when the mood takes you, or when guests arrive.
